The Mississippi Baptist Senior Adult Choir Festival draws a large attendance each spring. Multiple choirs from every area of the state travel to the Jackson metro area to lead in worship. During this special day of joyful fellowship, we celebrate our faith in Jesus Christ by sharing a variety of psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs.

The Church Safety for Minors Workshop is a comprehensive training that describes an effective safety system protecting children and youth from sexual abuse in the church and other ministry environments.

The Church Financial Leaders Seminar is designed to address important IRS requirements and tax issues relevant to churches and ministers.

The Annual Meeting for the Southern Baptist Convention is meeting in Indianapolis, IN.

Ninth through twelfth grade Miss. Southern Baptist church students audition and interview each fall for positions with the choir and orchestra. The following summer, those who are selected attend a three-day rehearsal camp and a six-day concert tour and home concert in Miss. churches.

All Mississippi Baptists at the Southern Baptist Convention Annual Meeting are invited to attend a fellowship in the Marriot hotel across from the Convention Center.  This is a great opportunity to see familiar faces while attending in Indianapolis.
