If you need a short schedule it could look something like:

Friday: 2:30 registration, 3:00 & 4:00 Early Bird Conferences, 5:30 Dinner, 6:30 Opening Session, 8:15 – 10:00 Conferences and Garaywa 75th Celebration Party.

Saturday: 8:00 Morning Devotional, 8:30 – 11:30 Conferences, 11:45 -1:15 Closing Session (includes lunch)
