Church Library Ministry
The department, along with elected CLM state officers, coordinates training and services for all local churches and associational libraries. Believing that the focus of a church library isn’t just about books but should be focused around God and His work, the Mississippi Baptist Church Library Ministry organization is open to anyone who is presently serving in a local church or associational library. The goal of their Annual State Library Ministry conference is to give you and your library staff quality trainingand encouragement for all ministries encountered in the library. Whether you’ve been serving for 20 years, 2 months, or still training to get up the nerve to volunteer, there are sessions that will be geared toward you. The sessions are varied and in-depth. Conference leaders are top notch and come from years of experience in their local libraries. You will go home richer in resources and knowledge of how to have the best library for the honor and glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Come together with other librarians from all over the state for a day full of training, fellowship and inspiration from a Christian author. Registration is required and opens on-line with an early bird discount. Find out more…
