Mississippi Baptist Beginnings
The history of Mississippi Baptists from their first days in the 1700s to the present has been captured by the Mississippi Baptist Historical Commission in a newly-completed exhibit along Highway 61 between Fayette and Natchez, not far from the location of the first Baptist Church in Mississippi.
