Mission Statement: “Know Him and Make Him Known”

Purpose Statement: The role of the Mississippi WMU staff is to create dynamic MISSIONS AWARENESS that leads to radical MISSIONS INVOLVEMENT and relevant MISSIONS SUPPORT among Mississippi Baptists.

Staff Scriptures: Philippians 3:10 and Ephesians 6:18-19 (NIV)

Vision 20/20 Statement: To encourage at least 2020 individuals, 20 associations, and 220 churches to pursue and embrace prayer ministry and service that reflects a global vision and passion for declaring God’s glory to all people. WMU can assist you to be prayer-driven, which leads to purpose and the program that will fit your needs. The emphasis is to be Christ Followers and to be willing to do whatever it takes to be on mission with Him.
