Alpha & Omega Mission Endowment

This is a fund established by the Mississippi Baptist Foundation that will provide funding for special projects and objectives in the state of Mississippi and beyond.

Who can contribute to this endowment?

Anyone who has a heart for missions - an individual, corporations, businesses, churches, foundations - may contribute.

How will the money be used?

The income will be used to fund the following focus points:

• Partnership Missions - Supports the ongoing partnerships Mississippi Baptists presently have and other new partnerships:
  • Honduras
  • Maryland/Delaware
  • Other new partnerships
• Evangelism - Specified to ministries that seek to evangelize all people at home and abroad through such means as Bible distribution, crusades, tract distribution, and materials for evangelism.
• Ethnic Language Groups - Seeks to minister and evangelize various international people groups who reside in Mississippi as well as some outside the state.
• New Church Starts - Includes new church site grants, such as:
  • Purchase of land
  • Equipment
  • Staff support
• Cooperative Program - This area continues to support our great missionary programs to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Other - Covers any Southern Baptist ministry selected by the donor or donors and other areas that may not now be open to ministry.

How may I contribute to the endowment?

You may give cash, stocks, retirement accounts, life insurance, etc.
