On Mission Celebrations

Each year many associations conduct On Mission Celebrations, formerly known as World Mission Conferences. During this time of specialized mission studies, state, North American, and international missionary speakers bring the world of missions to participating churches.

• February 19-27 – Adams/Union Association
• March 27-30 – Pontotoc Baptist Association
• February 27-March 2 – Mid Delta Association
• October 15-19 – Winston Baptist Association

Report of 2010 On Mission Celebrations in Mississippi

The lives and testimonies continue to give the local church a vision of what missions is all about. We only had one OMC in our state this year. If your church hasn’t participated in an OMC in the last five years, contact Carol Wright at cwright@mbcb.org and schedule one. This is a great opportunity to learn about mission work being done in our state, at home, and around the world.
