Needed Building Repairs

  1. Paint eaves.
  2. Repair the roof leak by the kitchen door. Replace damaged ceiling tiles (& possible insulation) damaged by the leak.
  3. Replace exit signs; replacement bulbs are no longer available.
  4. Repair emergency lights (possibly need rewiring).
  5. Repair folding partition that has pulled completely away from the wall.
  6. Replace bulbs in outdoor parking lot lights (possibly requires a lift).
  7. Replace bulbs in recessed lights in large room (requires BIG ladder).
  8. Repair/replace recessed light in prayer room. Replace damaged ceiling tile & insulation in prayer room.
  9. Repair walls in student workroom & men’s restroom that have been damaged by a water leak.
  10. Replace switch on patio light & front porch light (the bulbs have been replaced and the lights still do not work; possibly the switch?)
  11. Install window in wall between the secretary’s office & reception area.
