Innovators

Innovators are students who have hands on experience taking their witness to the workplace in North America. Innovators will work at a secular job and then assist in ministry part time. Missionaries will assist Innovators in acquiring a job in the local community. Typically a student will work 40 hours at the secular job and 8-10 hours at the ministry. Innovators are appointed both through the MS BSU Summer Missions program and directly by the North American Mission Board.
