Church Leadership Training

Every church expects its pastor and staff to be effective leaders. Ministers need training, counsel, and resources in developing their spiritual life and leadership skills. This major aspect of pastoral ministry greatly influences a church’s growth, ministry effectiveness, and community witness. We seek to enable ministers and church leaders to be more skilled in the leadership area. Requests for annual and strategic planning increase each year as training opportunities to support key leaders.

In April and September, excellent training events for ministry assistants are held at Camp Garaywa. These meetings involved more than 200 women from our state in personal, professional, and spiritual equipping.
