Our ministry: an effective instrument of the Holy Spirit in combining the “gifts of men” and the needs of churches, thus encouraging ministers and strengthening churches to the Glory of God (Ephesians 4:11-16).

Our mission statement defines our purpose – to be “an effective instrument of the Holy Spirit in combining the gifts of men and the needs of churches, thus encouraging ministers and strengthening churches to the glory of God.”
Healthy churches stay healthy and strong because of a healthy and strong leadership. Our department works with both the church as it seeks ministerial leadership and with the minister as he seeks God’s place of service. We also help churches and ministers that may find themselves in need of conflict resolution.
