Jimmy is responsible for the following events:

New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary Certificate Program

Provides eight courses. Each course lasts eight weeks, two hours per week. Students are Church Music directors and in other music leadership positions. The courses are:

1. Song Leading
2. Worship Planning
3. Music Reading: Rhythm/Pitch
4. Music Reading: Harmony/Melody
5. Hymnology
6. Music Adminstration/Staff Relationships
7. Survey of Music Resourses from LifeWay
8. Class Voice

Saturday Skill Shoppes

Each Skill Shoppe runs from 9:00am – 12 noon and focuses on a choice of one of four subjects or a combination of all four. The subjects are:

1. Song Leading
2. Music Reading
3. Music Administration
4. Course for choir members (singing, phrasing, music reading, diction, choir skills)
