About Us

Since June of 1979, Central Hills Baptist Retreat has been a favorite summer camping destination for Mississippi Baptist youngsters. Featuring modern lodges and the best activities around, Mississippi Baptists own 722 acres of the best in summer camping and off-season retreats for all ages. Central Hills, located near Kosciusko, is easily accessible to Mississippi Baptists.

Our Purpose:

The primary purpose of Central Hills is to provide a Christian camping experience for boys and girls ages 5 to 18. The facility is used almost exclusively for summer camp programs from late May to early August. Limited opportunities for other camps, retreats, and conferences during the summer may be available by advance registration only.

Throughout the rest of the year (mid-August through mid-May), Central Hills is available for camps, retreats, and conferences. Any age group can be accommodated. The off-season time is especially favored by churches, schools, student organizations, collegiate ministries, and ministerial organizations.

Central Hills offers all the traditional activities one would expect at camp plus a few pleasant surprises!

• Snack/Gift Shop – please schedule with the office staff at Central Hills
